A few of my scrapbook layouts that I've done.
Feel free to scraplift any that you might like.

This is a layout of my lovely husband. He isn't into all this fussy, girlie stuff so I kept it very simple and plain. I might be tempted to add one or two tiny embellishments when I find the right ones though :)

My oldest son - Jaymie. 17 years old and loves the colour pink!
I had him pose for me but he insisted on wearing his 22 month old brothers hat!

Why do teenagers insist on being miserable when they aren't alone?
Well, Jay certainly wasn't going to get away with it! If he wanted to sit outdoors with me then he was going to have to SMILE!

My 10 year old daughter - Kirsten
She loves to pose for the camera, no matter where we are or what we're doing!

What can I say? Our Golden Labrador found that she can reach the bottom
of the fish pond...then she discovered that her bones would sink to the bottom...but she
didn't figure the fish in there...and insisted that they were eating her beloved bones!!!
Dogs!

My sweet boy Scott - 16 years old and as sweet as the day he was born!
Having to blackmail him to get his pictures is not half the fun as it is when I show him another lay
out for his album!
Priceless!

Some things never change with kids - at 2 years old Kirsten used to love doing what kids do after a favourite meal, lick her plate. It's was no surprise that at 10 she is still doing it, and loving it!

The baby of the family - Charley having a cuddle with his Daddy the night he came home from working in Dubai for a month.
I thoroughly enjoyed working this layout as i'd used the sepia tones on the picture and wanted to make the layout alive...in muted tones.

Thomas the Tank Engine Keepsake Tin. A customer chose this theme for her 4 year old nephew to keep his toy cars in. I had much fun doing this as usually its the girls that get all the good stuff! There is very little of the tin left uncovered, which I think makes it so much more of a cool gift to give.

This small baby was made for a little boy who's about to go into Early Years school. His mum was trying to find ways to make it fun for him when he starts 'big school' and after having one of my other tins from me, she came up with this idea. A numbers and letters tin, how cool is that?! Just one good idea spreads fast, I have now sold four more for that same class!!

This keepsake tin was made for a friend of mine who was going to have a baby girl. The nice thing with these tins is you can store almost anything in them. Each tin I make I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to the next one. Each tin is different, not only for its uses but in its design. I try to make sure each one has something different to the ones i've done before.

Cindarella! Almost every girl loves Cindarella...I know I do! This keepsake tin was made for a little girl who had a birthday coming up and was totally crazy on Disney Princesses.
Inside this tin I made 10 'record' cards for Stacie to write about her Prince and Princess party and add some photos. A great way to keep her busy during the long school holidays!
Now to get my daughter to do something like that!!

This keepsake tin is one of many that I have made. I have only recently began doing these, starting with three for some friends that are/were pregnant. I wanted to give something special for their little mementoes to go in and this seemed like the ideal thing. This one in particular was for my 10 year old daughters teacher at the end of term. We filled it with Ferrero Rocher chocolates which went down a treat!!
Before I could turn around I was being asked to make these for other people, for various occasions and for all kinds of uses, I was so touched that people would think they are good enough to buy!

I shall also be parking my scrapbook layouts, hand made books, altered items and anything else I find myself doing on this blog. Hopefully someone will get some mojo and either have a go themselves or come up with more ideas than they already have.
I have no objections if anyone wants to copy anything that takes a fancy as long as you enjoy what you're doing!
Not sure if i'll be a big blog writer here, I have six already! But I will definately add my stuff as and when i've done it.
